eMachine T2778 Fails to start

Power Supply Test OK out of system.
Removed all external devices and Cards from Motherboard. Same problem.
Next removed RAM. Same result.

Looks like bad Motherboard or processor??

Is there anything else to try??

Is there an LED that should be lite on the Motherboard. Seems like there use to be a green light on always?

Does anyone know where to get a cheap replacement MotherBoard ( or Generic). AU31 1.3 PT# 100688 ?
