Hi everyone

This is my 1st time to your forum, I saw somewhere about this problem I have but now Ive registered I cant find the correct thread :tazz:

My problem is that Spy Falcon has completely taken over my PC, it has hijacked my MSN home page and no matter what I do I cant remove it, I've tried removing it in add/remove and also in safe mode without success. Unfortunately my system restore was not on so I couldnt go back to a prior date. I have downloaded the Hijack This program and saved it in a folder as suggested by someone on here and this is a copy of my log...

Please do not post hijack this logs in any other forum than the malware forum as it will incourage others to do so as well. Your log has been removed and re-attached as a text file

Can anyone help me sort this problem out please

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

Thanks so much for the reply

I was about to proceed with your suggestion when a friend sent a program called Spyware Doctor which I tried first and it removed Spy Falcon immediately, I just thought I would mention this in case this helps anyone else with this problem.

Thanks once again and I shall use your site regularly
