Hi there
I have XP home edition and I tried upgrading to XP Pro--I ended up getting a blue screen after everything was finished and the computer rebooted. When it restarts, it shows that Pro is installed, and then I get a STOP error: 0X000000D4 saying that sunkfilt39.sys was causing a problem. I restarted and tried to go into safe mode, but when I do that the screen is filled with white text with a black background, listing other .sys files. I can't get into safe mode, I don't know what to do. Any help on how to just get into the computer so that I can back up my photos etc would be great.

Thank you!
Heidi
