weird taskbar problem

ok, everythig i minimize it goes to the right hand corner of the taskbar, like where the time is... from my windows (ie. internet explorer, my adobe photoshop, to my folders). and i dont want them to be like that... i dunt know how to fix this... well this probaly a simple solution but i dont know how to do it. i dunno if this belongs to here... sorry and move it to the appropate forum, thanks.

Please go HERE and scroll down the page to...
164. Restore Taskbar to Default Functionality
Click on the link to download a script to your DESKTOP.

Close all programs and doubleclick on the script. Confirm yes to any prompts. Restart your computer.

See if that helps to fix your problem.
