Hi there,

ive recently contracted a variation of the alcra virus strain. im not sure which one as my norton antivirus has been disabled as a result of the virus. my office 2000 has also been disabled.

ive attempted the instructions from the symantec website but am unable to scan and remove the virus. not even in safe mode am i able to access the antivirus program.

help me please!
