Color on Monitor Screen

Help, my monitor screen has split colors now. Everything is pink on top, fading to the proper blue it should be on the bottom. Does this mean something is burned out. It just did this the other day? Any help would be appreciated. It does this with any program I am using.

that probably means one of 4 things...1. your video card is dying 2. your video card isn't seated in the board properly (more likely that this would cause your system not to boot) 3. the monitor cable is loose 4. your monitor is dying a slow death (most probable).....
