burn problem

ok. i just backed up one of my family guy dvds and after it finsihed there is like 'burn marks' on the dvd. the fox video is really jerky aswell. the actual episodes work fine. is it me/the burning software or the dvd's?

on the physical disk itself there are "burn marks"?

it jus looks as if theres something burned onto the dvd around the edges its probably jsut the dvds tho. ill burn another and see wat happens
