Dr Watson sucks and I really need help!

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a "computer dummy" so I hope this makes sense, but Dr Watson has completely locked up my start menu and I can't access anything in My Documents or My Computer, which I desperatly need to do. I have installed a spyware software (Spyware Killer Pro), done a system restore, disabled all start up files in RUN: MSCONFIG, and even attempted to do the registry edit thing but it made absolutely no sense to someone like me.

Could someone please help me...please, please, please! Thank you.
