Need alittle more info. Is that rage onboard or a video card in a slot.
The rage is probably to old to play C&C Generals as generals is a newer game and the rage card is really old.
You will probably have to get a new video card.

Yeah i dont think that card has the chops to play that game(if you only have a 1Ghz cpu as well that would be a factor to).
