Is Winfixer Gone?

I followed all the steps in the malware removal section, but can't tell if the winfixer virus is gone for sure. XP Home, service pack 2, was using IE now using Firefox (since virus removal). Here is my Hijack This log from after running all scans and rebooting the computer:

* Click here to download ATF Cleaner by Atribune and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
  • Under Main choose: Select All
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
  • If you use Firefox:
  • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
  • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
  • If you use Opera:
  • Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
