I have school e-mail, MS outlook, everytime I open my mail program, it asks for a disk, then when I get it to close, it returns all the e-mails I send?? Help

do you have the disk for outlook? that whould seem to be the simple fix. also are you running a legal version of MS outlook? if it is asking for the disk the program is mosts likely looking for a file it is missing, it may need that file to run.....it is issential that it gets that file.
