Trouble with winspool, outerinfo, & oinadserver

I don't know what to do next or if I've already fixed the problem because it seems to keep "popping up". I have done steps 1-4 with cleanup, spybot, adware, xoftspy, ewido, housecall. One program will detect something and I think I have it fixed but the trouble keeps appearing.

My trouble started with just a slow computer, slow to start and slow to close. Then McAfee detected an unwanted program. I tried to delete it but McAfee couldn't clean, quarantine or delete the file. The file associated with some unknown program was winspool.exe. Then I started having problems with pop-ups. I have Norton corporate security on my computer and it is up to date but didn't detect anything. I searched the web and an online scan came up with a file from Purityscan. I couldn't find anyway to clean, quarantine, or delete it. If I did, it kept showing up. I noticed most of the pop-ups came from outerinfo or oinadserver.

A web search brought me to your site. I started reading through some of the forum topics and thought that I needed more help from someone knowing what was going on instead of blindly trying to fix it myself.

Oh, I forgot to add that one of the pop-ups that kept coming up was a message that I needed to clean my registry but was directed to an advertising site. I don't think I ever actually went to the site.

Hi. No annoying pop-ups for the last two weeks. Hopefully, never again. Anything else I need to do? I know that the ewido program was only a two week trial. Should I remove the program? Thanks again for all your help.

Ewido's scanner stays functional. It's just the guard that goes out when the trial is over.
No need to throw it away if you like it.
Updates you will have to get manually before scanning.

Other then that, please read my site about removing and preventing spyware.
