This is my first use of this resource. I have windows 2000 and try to keep the computer clean
via microsoft anti-spyware, norton, and adaware. However I am getting regular popums from Zeno
advertising and outerinfo. These are not being removed and I can't seem to find out how to remove them.
I tried to read through some of the other postings but I don't know if they apply to my situation.
The last thing I want to do is experiment and make things worse.

Can you help or offer a thought on who to take it to to get these two things removed?

Thanks Nick

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
