Norton Anti virus help

Hey All,
This is my first time here, this place looks great. Anyways on startup my Norton anti-virus 2005 automatically starts to repair itslef and then it says that it does not support the repair feature. What should I do?, Do I need to reinstall or what? :tazz:

I would go OFFLINE, uninstall Norton, reboot, reinstall Norton, go online, and bleed Live Update until it says there is no more to get twice in a row. Reboot for the Norton updates as prompted.
