You may be infected with malware.

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

What do you mean hijacker won't open? And no malware was found? You should run it and it should produce a log. There are several steps you need to take before you even run hijack this. Sometimes you have to rename hijack this because the malware recognizes the name "hijack".

Hawk, you need to follow instructions or we will never get this resolved.

Go to the MALWARE forum

http://www.geekstogo...hp?showforum=37

Read the instructions at the top, ESPECIALLY

Click Here before posting a Hijack This log.

If you cannot follow a step, move on to the next step, and then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum
