Ok, im desperate for help here. I can run programs off my desktop fine, and browse the internet etc.... If i try to open a folder, or things off the start menu, my computer freezes. I can Cntl-alt-delete, and end the drwtsn32.exe process to unfreeze my computer, but the problem persists. Im next to certain its not a virus, at least not one i can detect, or any spyware problems, because ive scanned for those intensely. I dont know what to do...ANY ADVICE????

Hi and welcome paulius, Sorry for the late reply,
If your still looking to resolve this issue,

First:
Download AboutBuster
Then Unzip it to your desktop.. “Don’t run it yet”
Check it for updates if any are found please download them then close out the program

Download and install Cleanup

Also
Dowload the following program
CWShredder
It should be the current version, but check for updates
“Don’t run it yet”

Please download and install Ad-aware.
Setting up Ad-aware- please make sure you update it first


Download and unzip cwsserviceremove to your desktop from the link below:
cwsserviceremove.zip (save this to your desk top don’t do anything with it till told to do so)

Once you have all the necessary tools installed updated and saved to your desktop,
Rescan with HJT and post a fresh log then we can get to work and see about clearing this off your computer
