Ok I use aol and whats happing is when I sign on it goes all the way to the last step(checking password) then Norton pops up saying it blocked an intrusion attempt, and AOL goes down to the sign on screen. I've ran Norton, Trojan Hunter, Adaware, and Sbybot S&D none of them found anything.

The worm Norton blocks is called Veritas Netbackup Shared Libary BO.

if you have a worm you need to get that all cleaned up before i can mess arond with the firewall.
Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

if you dont have malware then simply add aol to your trusted list.

Well I've looked through that list, and nothing helped. Keep in mind that I can't get on the internet to download anything.

AOL is set on Automatic in Norton. I don't want to change that because, if its blocking a worm and I change the setting won't I get infected by the worm?

EDIT: Nevermind I found a solution. If anyone else needs help with this look here.
