Keith,
Your latest link in Post 45 is the one I tried. I tried again just now and received same error message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /Files/AutoPatcher_XP_Feb2006_Beta_Full.exe on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Keith,
I tried again the link
http://www.terafiles.org/AP.html
and received the same message re not having access.
I then tried the later link you sent:
http://ap.watchin.me.uk/
Clicking on "February 2005 (Latest and BETA)" leads me to this page with a red warning at top of page:
http://ap.watchin.me.uk/index.php?bad
Warning:

Keith,
Sorry to be so much trouble. I see the FEB 2006 latest and beta, and when I mouse over I see in the lower left corner of IE, it is an executable. When I right click and choose "save as", IE responds with error message saying it cannot download...etc.

Keith
Autopatcher Dec 05 successfully installed.
I noticed warnings from ZoneAlarm with each module, and allowed access.
Could ZoneAlarm settings prevent the MS Update site from working?

I would not have though ZA would react any differently, if it does not like anything, it asks

Can you go to Microsoft Update to check which ones you have not got, including the ones it says are ready to install, may even be worth trying to install from there
