Hi Guys,

My desktop computer is a Dell Dimension working extremely slowly due to spyware and trojans, problems include constant pop-ups before and when the internet is turned on, random words on webpages hyperlinked, desktop icons, installed programs on Program Files that I don't recognize which include: BMan, Alpha Networks, ArcSoft, Brother, Brownie, MyWay, ComPlus Applications. Adaware just scanned and counted 1,920 running process modules, and 47 running processes. It targeted: MRU list, Elitum.ElitebarBHO, and a Tracking Cookie in its summary. Most of the spyware came from system32. The serious spyware problems started suddenly when I viewed lyrics on sing365.com. I ran a HijackThis log twice but couldn't save it because there was a pop-up that said SAS expired, but I did print the screen of the last scan as a JPG. I attached it and hope you can see it. The logfile 4 jpeg is the top and logfile 5 is it scrolled down. Logfile 1 jpeg was the top of the first HijackThis log I ran, I couldn't fit the rest.
TrojanHunter found 112 Trojan files. The trojans that TrojanHunter found are:
Adware.BetterInternet.102
Adware.ClearSearch (and .102,.107,.108 of that)
Adware.DealHelper.101
Adware.eXact.CashBack.103
Adware.MyWay.102
Adware.Searcher.101
Adware.SpywareLabs.VirtualBouncer.103
Adware.UrlSpy.100
Adware.WeatherBug.100
Rule.100
TrojanClicker.Aun.100
TrojanDropper.Marketing.100

Hi and welcome to GeeksToGo! My name is Sam and I will be helping you. :tazz:

Open up Hijackthis and click on the first button that says "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Notepad will open up with a log. Copy the text from that log and paste it here in your next reply.
