Hi,

Don't know if anyone can help with this, but worth a try.

I am using Turbo Tax (software, not online) with XP Pro.

Can't import brokerage data from Vanguard....get following error message:
Vanguard Group-Brokerage Accounts is not available at this time. Please Try again.

Vanguard has not come up with a fix. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Help...I need to file my taxes!

If you can't upload the W2 you better get a hardcopy and fat finger the numbers in. I haven't had any problems uploading the W2, but it could be password related, or SSN related. Make sure whatever they want is absolutely correct.
