HI, MY COUSIN INSTALLED THIS PROGRAM ON MY COMPUTER "MSN MESSENGER PLUS" AND NOW SINCE THE FREE TRIAL EXPIRED, IT SAYS TO EITHER PAY OR DELETE ALL THE FILES HE INSTALLED REGARDING MSN MESSENGER PLUS. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN NOT FIND ANY FILES CALLED MSN MESSENGER PLUS UNDER THE "ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS" I UNISTALLED MSN MESSENGER, BUT THAT DIDN'T HELP.

Every time I log in to the internet that same window asking for payment or to delete the files, comes up. Not once but many times, so it is getting annoying. I am afraid other windows with ads will start appearing.

Can someone help me get rid of it?

Thanks :tazz:

Go to add /remove programs and uninstall. If you are still having problems, attach a hijack this log to this thread. Don't copy and paste it - attach it. :tazz:

Hi, Well the instructions say to do the same thing I had already explained. There is no MSN Messenger Plus on my list for ad/remove programs. So I unistall MSN Messenger, but that does not help.
