MS Word wont let me type or do anything, due to insufficient memory!
im finding this a hige problem, seeing as i use it for most of my word processing.
if anyone knows how to fix this problem then please get in touch!

What version of MS word? Have you updated XP to SP2? HERE is a fix from Microsoft if you have office 2002. Your office may need updates.

yeah i think i have office 2002 so i will try that fix and get back to you

hi again
i didnt do all of the spyware checks but i did a few and found some tracking cookies, i deleted these (quarantened) but the problem is still there. i tried to attach the jijack this log but it has failed as it says i am not permitted to upload a file with that extension. shoudl i just paste the result instead?

ms word is now displaying the fonts..weird?
but soemthing is still up as it came up an error saying that it cannot show the office assistant now?
