Hi. I've installed VP-EYE version 4 on my laptop but the sound is really fuzzy to anyone I try to talk to. I thought it may be that the cam is broken but on searching the net there seem to be a lots of people out there with the same problem. I'm using Windows XP.

I hope this is the right forum to be posting this topic in!
