MISSING FILE ptsaabdb.dll

I am trying to run Parsons Address Book 7. When I try to start the program I get a message that says it can't find ptsaabdb.dll file. I am running xp home. Any help?

try uninstall the program and reinstalling it again.

if you still have the problem, check the directory where you installed the program. Make sure the file is present in one of the subfolder. If not contact the application provider, else you make a note 0f the full directory path where the file exists.

Add the directory path the the system environment .
right click on My computer->properties now click on advance tab
At the bottom of this window you see a button "Environment Variable" click that.
Now you the list of variable click on path and then Edit button, apped a semicolon ";" and then directory path at the end, something like this ;c:\program files\address book

click ok to all the window.
then try to run your address book program, it should work.
