Ok Heres the problem i reformated and everything like that and i installed yahoo mess only problem is that that emotions that are animated dont move at all not in pm's or chat cant some one help me out here plz

Download the latest yahoo messenger, and install it. The problem should not persist. Let me know what happends.

i uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the one from the link and there still doing the same

Hello,

Sign in on Yahoo! Messenger and click File > Preferences . On the left hand side click Messages.

Under "Miscellaneous" check (Make sure the box is ticked) "Enable Emoticons". Then Click Apply Then OK

You mean, the emoticons aren't animated, or you just can't see them? if they aren't animated, amybe they are supposed to be that way?

most of the yahoo messengers and chat emotions are animated

i fixed the problem a few secounds ago for future refrences for anyone else that may get this problem lmao go to tools then click on the "advance options tab"
scroll down to multimedia and see if you have play animations in web pages
