I've recently backed up some of my computer on DVD+ discs, but, when I try to access them on another computer, they don't acknowledge the disc. I was wondering if maybe since the discs are plus, and the other computer is reasonably new, it would only read DVD- discs? Or is it something else? They work fine on my old computer, and I can't see any smudges/cracks/scratches.

Hey there orwell, you can check if the other computer has a + or - dvd reading capablility. If you install nero (latest) then goto:
>Nero SmartStart
>Extras
>Get System Info.

Here you will be able to see if the drive can read or write to - or + dvd's. If it shows that it can read them, then the problem why you can is possibly becasue you made the DVD multisession.

Let me know :tazz:
