Hello. Are you using AVG 7? Make sure it is completely up to date.

Turn off system restore by right clicking, my computer-systemrestore tab-check the box-apply-ok....

Run a complete system scan using AVG. Delete everything is finds and then delete them when they go into the virus vault. Still delete everything it finds but look for winini.exe specifically. After all that's done, restart your computer. Then scan with hijackthis and post a new log.
