2 problems > NO D: Drive and Keyboard not functioning correctly

i currently reformatted the computer, deleted everything and started again.

i have currently now got no d: drive which is built into the computer.

i did. start >> control panel >> performance and maintanence >> system >> hardware >> device manager >> uninstalled then reinstalled and it reappeared.

i restarted the computer and now its not.

i go back into device manager and its not there therefore i cant use the cd drive to run anything.

keyboard is wrong

e.g. my @ button near enter and right shift is moved to shift + 2
