Can you go up to the icon in the very top left of the screen, click on it, then click restore to bring it back to normal?

Boot the PC, keep tapping F8 until you get options, choose safe mode, select the administrator account, check the font size on appearance, check if you can reset the resolution, if you can, re-install the video adapter drivers

Thank you for responding...I tried to press F8 ...nothing is happening at all...nothing comes up...When this first happened I tried to reset my esolution and my font size at my appearance screen but it did not fix the problem...
How do I do the re-install??

Did you keep tapping F8 or just press it
Download and install Everest Home Edition
Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary
Look on right for display / video adapter
Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System
If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything
Please set a system restore point before you install anything
