hey does anybody know a way to see the past characters that you have typed through windows for instance if if i type this message is there a way for me to see all the characters i have hit throughout the day???

Yes, there is a way to do so, you will need a program called a keylogger, try this one: (Legal version)

I used to use this one a while back its called "Perfect Key Logger", there are options to hide it from your users using your computer, it has the times and program used to do typing in, check it out:
