computer keeps rebooting

i have an old pentium 3 with windows xp pro, it keeps rebboting. when i hit f8 it goes in to the safe mode screen , but then it goes in to boot again and on and on. finally i got the blue screen with an error 32768; line 5025 in d:\xpspl\base\boot\setup\seup.c . can any body help me?
