Man, oh man. I have tried to do everything it said to do before posting, like the solution for the winfixer. Everytime I try to click on it the window closes. My internet explorer closes randomly or it redirects to random popups or to some sort of virus protection, winfixer2006 and winantivirus i think. Today I got a notice that dr watson's postmortem debugger wasn't responding. I have run norton antivirus and ewido and nothing comes up. I have also run spybot s&d. Nothing. And sometimes when I sign on the internet, it will open between 9 and 16 internet explorers and my computer freezes. I have a feeling its several problems, I just don't know how to fix them and can't keep a window open long enough to find any answers. Thank you. Here is the hijack log.

Well I am trying to do this, but my webpages keep closing and that kind of stuff, so I will get back to you with the logs. I just got an error. It was one of those "you are trying to close this nonresponsive program" It said General Host win32 server. that didnt sound good.

Also, how do I know if the scanner is doing anything? Everytime I have to reopen it, it looks different. The words are jumbled or everything is out of order, or it just doesnt show pictures at all. And the toolbar at the bottom says done. Now it just closed again.

Well maybe i am just dumb but your instructions are slightly confusing. When do I run hijack this? in safe mode before killbox? or before I go into safe mode?

Do them exactly as it says to. They are posted in the order they are to be done. I don't see anything confusing about it. Run Hijack This and fix those entries then boot to safe mode. That's what it says.

Well I don't know if you want me to keep going, but when i went into safe mode, killbox said the file didn't exist or something along those lines. I'd rather ask than waste a lot of time doing the scan twice. Thnaks
