I followed all the steps in the post at the beginning of this page. It helped a lot, but after resuming browsing, the problems came back quickly. I just ran Spybot, Ad-Aware and scanned with hijack this. Here is the log. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Ted and welcome
If your still looking to resolve this issue,
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT,
Move HJT to this new folder,
Rescan with HJT and post back a fresh log please,
