Ditto and staff,

Thank you so much for your quick response to my problem. It is nice to see that there are people like you out there that want to help.

Ok I did the scan with the cleaner and it quarantined two Trojans. It gave me 3 options on what I could do with them. I can restore them, delete them or purge them. I know I don't want to restore them so what option do I choose? These are the results I got from the cleaner:

File name Folder File type Name
IE_ClrSch.DLL c:/programfiles/clearsearch/Application Extension Stubby
A0000152.DLL c:/system volume information Application Extension Stubby

After I did that I restarted my computer, did another AVG scan, and it picked up two PSW.Bispy.B Trojans. This is what AVG gave me, there is just a couple of different numbers between the two.

Object- C:/systemvolumeinformation/-restore(5A8CAEBF-E1D1-4DA9-BDF8-4B11CDA30E66)/RP4/A0000109.exe:/biprep.exe
Result- Trojan PSW.Bispy.B
Status- Infected, embedded object

Object- C:/systemvolumeinformation/-restore(5A8CAEBF-E1D1-4DA9-BDF8-4B11CDA30E66)/RP4/A0000151.exe:/biprep.exe
Result- Trojan PSW.Bispy.B
Status- Infected, embedded object

After I loaded hijack this I restarted my PC and did the scan. This is the info it gave me: FYI Stopzilla is what my husband bought and I am not so sure it is a good thing or not. I have been told it is not but it seems to work really well. I just want to say how much I appreciate what you have done for me.

Delete them! They're bad!

If you do not want to have spyware guard running all the time you can install Spyware Blaster and keep it updated and you won't have to have spywareguard running all the time.

http://www.javacools...areblaster.html

If you already have Spyware Blaster, you don't even need to have Spyware Guard on your machine <_<!

In addition to removing what The Cleaner found:

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log.
