Log off problem

Hi,

In our LAN we have windows XP machines under windows 2003 server. Some of the machines are used by user under "Restricted Users" account. They get loged off if they dont use for some time. Can logging off be avoided for the "Restricted user "mode. I have tried changing the power settings but it doesn't work.

Also under the same user account user are able to install things on the computer, but the are not suose to do it under restricted user mode. How can I fix these two problems.

Any help is greatly apprettiated
