Ok thank you for reading this :) message. you have helped me before with a serious trojan infection, :tazz: but now my computer has been acting up yet again :) so if you can work your magic, i know you'll be able to :) me. My first problem regards my computer starting up, at random it decides to restart when i am about to login i.e. i have entered my password but it restarts itself. this can happen 5 times in a row!!! :) when it does load, it comes up with an error message below:

C:\DOCUME~1\Matt\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb6e6.dir00\Mini032206-07.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Matt\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb6e6.dir00\sysdata.xml

My second issue regards my internet connection, again at random times it suddenly cuts off from the router :) , this has happened constantly and is driving me mad as my game data is instantly removed. i have no error message for this so if you need any more info of this, plz message me back.

I KNOW YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME, YOU HAVE DONE IT BEFORE :) AND YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN :)

Sorry for the long wait.

Click start then run, type prefetch then press enter, click edit then select all, right click any file then click delete, confirm delete

Click start, all programmes, accessories, system tools to run disc clean up, then from system tools, run disc defragmenter.

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter, you need the XP CD and Windows File Protection will show a blue onscreen progress bar, when the bar goes, reboot

Click start then run, type chkdsk /f /r then press enter, type Y to confirm for next boot, press enter then reboot.

Windows will appear to load normally then either the monitor will show progress or the screen will go blank, do not disturb this. This will take an hour or so before it gets to the desktop.

Then let me know how your computer is running. Cool :whistling:
