I've got a BENQ DW1620 DVD burner. Until recently it was working fine. Now it doesn't recognise any discs, (it'll just get stuck continually looking) and has also taken to opening by itself when I boot up the comp, or I'll open it and it'll immediately close itself, or close and open itself again by about a centimeter. I checked the drivers and they're ok. My o/s is W2k. Any help would be really appreciated.
