hi there , i need some help building my own pc, are this can be compatible:
asus p5n32 sli-deluxe
cpu intel pentium d 930 lga775
corsair xms2-6400 2pcs 1 gb each
ati radeon x1900xt
creative xfi elite pro
maxtor diamondmax 9 ultra ata/133 2pcs 160gb each
thermaltake 680w atx 12v 2.0 (w0049ruc) power supply
thermaltake bach media center case
i try this all toghter and didnt get any video signal or sound i also tried 2 of the same motherboard .
what to do?

When you get no video the first thing to do is reset the card. It sounds like you have done this so i would try another video card. Even without the proper drivers you should get the basic 640x480 screen at 16 colors. Sound is onvoard so check that you have the speakers plugged in right. Usually the green colored socket. You may have to load the drivers for the realtec ACL850 off the drivers cd you should have got with the motherboard. When you get video you can check in control panel/performance and maintenance/ system to see what drivers you have for sound.

thanks for your help but the video card is fine , its a brand new card , i have tried 3 difference cards befor and still no video signal.
after speaking on the phone with asus technical support , im waiting to try now update my bios and if this not gonna work i will need more advice. thanks, yani
