firefox cant view some site, unlike IE

my firefox just cant view the pages from some website, showing this to me:

i wonder who can translate this? n the settings for firefox to enable the site to b viewed?
IE works juz fine.

hello and welcome to geekstogo,

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

and, if my IE can view those pages, then it should has nothing to do with malware (probably?)
i think is just some settings problem, and i cant read japanese either.

i think you need to wait for your help to finish in the malware forum they should get you all fixed up in there. Because its all in your log and i can't help in that area as i have not compleated my training.

well, :blink: my firefox prob happened b4 i was infected by spyfalcon, and b4 i reformatted my pc. and my pc got infected only after i formatted, and the firefox problem is still there. i wonder if theres any plugins o wat to solve :whistling:

its not spyfalcon, however like i mentioned in my last post i can't assist you in this area as i have not compleated my training, someone will help you soon in the malware forum in a bit.
