Hello.
The problem I am having is this:
When I turn on my computer several boxes show up. The first box says Windows cannot find (and then there is like 4 squares) Then the 2nd box says Could not load or run ( and then 3 squares).
These two boxes show up about 2 more times each after I click the x in the box of each of them.
The second issue I am having happens after my Verizon internet security suite does it's pop up and normal update routine. This box that pops up says fax preparing to install, this is odd because in the 2 years I have had the printer and fax, I have never set up the fax. One last thing, and this has to do with my incredimail. I just noticed this about a week ago. When ever I type anything in my incredimail like a an email or just a 2 word response I can hear the computer working with every keystroke, is this normal?
If you could please help me with this I would appreciate it. Please put your response in the simplest terms possible, I am not trying to be difficult, it is just that I am not computer savvy.
Thank You.
