what version fo teamspeak are you using? You may have to uninstall and reinstall.

i have the newest version and i have installed and reinstalled it

Before you troubleshoot this anymore, I recommend following the instructions I gave you in your other thread. Sounds to me from that thread that you have Malware on your computer. 
Getting rid of it *may* fix this problem for you, as well. If it does not, you are more than welcome to continue in this topic to get the problem resolved.
