When I turn on my daughters computer the following boxes always appear

NET framework initialization error

C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v.1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

Rundll

error loading

C:\program files\wildtangent\apps\cda\cdaengire0400.dll

The specified module could not be found

When trying to go online with Aol internet explorer i wait forever until it finally says suspected recent satellite outage. Adware, spybot, and avast has been on the computer - however was run infrequently.

The computer is loaded with pop-ups and much alexa spyware? there are infrequent times with luck we are able to log on. Can this computer be salvaged or is it time for a new one?

Thanks for any advice.
