XP Account for Surfing only

Hi all, just wanted to know how I could go about setting up a login account in XP (maybe 'Guest') so that on login (with or without password) the only program that runs is IE (or Firefox) and exiting the browser exits the User from the account too.

So only program that can run is IE only

Have a look at XP Shared Computer Toolkit from my signature, not sure about the browser logging the user off though
