From the Start Menu click RUN. Type MSCONFIG (Microsoft Configurator).

In the pop-up window, click the startup tab. The programs in this list are scheduled to run when your computer boots. Find the program you mention in the list and uncheck it. Click OK and then reboot the comptuer. When it boots, you will get a message on screen stating that you have decided to use selective startup. Check the "DO NOT SHOW THIS MESSAGE" option and then click OK. By removing this program from the list, it won't load at system startup.

Hope this helps.
