I start typing where the new bullet begins (Green Circle), and it goes back and starts at the very left margin of the page, deleting the bullet. I press the "Tab" button and ONLY the indentions formatting triangles at the top (Red square) moves to the right, and the "Backspace" button causes it to move to the left. I want to create new outer and inner bullets, but it won't let me do so due to the problems stated above. :tazz:

Can someone help me fix this?

Try using the Increase/Decrease Indent buttons (next to the Number and Bullet buttons on the toolbar.

# click on the Bullet button on toolbar
# the bullet will be indented - if you want the bullets to start at left margin then click on Decrease Indent button
# key-in text
# press the Enter key
# click on Increase Indent button
# * key-in text
# press Enter key*
# continue from * to * until indent position needs to changed
# click on Increase or Decrease buttons as required.

Please ask if you need further help with bullets and numbering.
