Trojan.Zlob need help for removal

The problem is I just up dated my nortan anti virus and i scanned my computer and it tells me either the file can't be deleted or there is no way to mess with it. can't quarenty it or anything. i looked on line and they said this particular form of trojan is about as nasty as they come. it makes multiple copies of its self that propagates as soon as one is deleted. it makes about 8 regestry keys and creates new ones once you restart after deleting some. here is my hi jack this logs to ask from tech support what i should get rid of.

MY COMPUTER IS AN XP MEDIA CENTER MACHINE WITH A FEW EXTRA GOODIES. SO DON"T BE ALARM BY THE MEDIA REGESTRY KEYS.

Sorry for the delay in response. If you still need help, please do the following:

* Run ActiveScan online virus scan here

When the scan is finished, click on the "Save Report" button an save the results of the scan to your desktop.

Post a new HiJackThis log along with the results from ActiveScan


* Also open Hijack This and click on the "Open the Misc Tools section" button. Click on the "Open Uninstall Manager" button. Click the "Save List" button. Copy and paste that list here.
