regedit is not a valid win32 application.

When i go to start>run> and type regedit...It shows this "regedit is not a valid win32 application."

I have downloaded Spyware doctor and i been trying to remove a virus this is call

VX2.Look2Me
Outlook.exe
XPCOM:eventRecever

I have also try to Ctrl,Alt and Delete and that does not work also...

How can i Delete those virus and make ctrl,alt and delete work again?

I have found a program that have fix my task manager..and i have delete my virus...I have downloaded a program call "hijackthis"
