Hello,
When I go into my e-mail I get [Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.] Running Windows 98SE...IE #6.....OE #6

Ran windows update. Now it says the same thing, except it has MSOERES.DLL,
could not be loaded.
John

Thanks for all your help. I now have it working properly.
Thank You All,
John God

Have you tried running an IE repair, start, control panel, add/remove programs, look for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Internet Tools. Click to hilite and click add/remove. You should then get the option to repair. This will repar IE as well as OE.
