they won't let me ask them a question without paying. because when i try to do the free online support it asks for my Product ID number, then i type it in, and it gives me this error message "The Product ID number you entered has already used the maximum number of support incidents available for this product. You may go back and choose another support option or enter another Product ID number." I dont have another product id for windows xp so im pretty much stuck without a solution. <_< unless you have one :D

I'm usually pretty good at locating these fixes on the Internet, but I looked quite a while and struck out. I'm afraid you'll just have to wait for SP2, or pay the support fee. <_<
