Somebody sent me a music file sampler to my e-mail. When I try to open and play the sampler, my Windows Media Player says it can't find the file. That's probably because my anti-virus (Zone Alarm) doesn't let anything through and keeps asking me if I accept such or such matter, and I always reply NO.

How do I solve this matter? :whistling:

Thanks for your replies.

When you open the file, ZA will say are you sure you want to open this, if you say no, the system won't be able to access it

Check for the option (possibly right click the attachment) to scan with the anti virus programme
